Wizard of Oz




Dorothy Gale had it right - "There is no place like home"! After the long 3.5 hour drive Friday night, I finally made it to Idaho. There is so much snow here (and it is really cold)!! I am so excited to be home and hanging with the family. Especially on this blessed holiday of Valentines Day.

Anyways, everything is going good and great. I will be in Idaho until Wednesday sometime and I am so exited to be here finally. This little vacation will be a nice break. I am even going to be seeing a friend from high school that recently had twins!! I am so excited to see the 2 girls and how cute I have heard they are.

I am happy to report on Saturday, June 18th James proposed to me!! It was so cute and came as a surprise to me...Well not the fact that we were getting married and the engagement was coming, but that I was still under the impression that he didn't have ring. So I was genuinely surprised to have a ring on my finger today. I am sure all of you want to know how it happened so I will do my best to give a detailed Kelly version of the events surrounding the big moment! Days proceeding the big moment, James had told me my ring couldn't be set until Monday June 20. Of course I was like serious there is no one in this stated that can set it. Hiatus

Sorry all for the hiatus that I decided to take for the last month. Things have been going great with James. We also recently added a new addition to our relationship . His name is Milo and he is a black lab retriever mix and what can I say about Milo!!! Most of the time he is a great little barrel of joy, until he decides to pee on the carpet! So now I have 2 boys in my life and they bring me great joy. Hopefully soon I will have news to share, but just so you all know that things are moving along great and the summer has been amazing! Spring has Sprung

What a beautiful day!! I am so excited for Spring to come and take away all of this cold weather. I know the ground hog said we still have winter ahead of us, but what a great day! This week has been very good. I was able to go out to dinner with Tyson to help celebrate Karina's birthday. It was so fun! Cafe Trio was amazing and I think I am going to start craving the pomodoro . Last night I was able to go to Brighton with Cerina and her crew. I can honestly say that the season is done for me. I have never fallen so much from the minute I got off the lift till i went into the lodge in defeat. The huge bruise on my leg, where the top of my water bottle that was in my side pocket, hit is sore and ugly! But had a great time and as able to talk with Cerina for awhile.
