Happy Presidents Day

Happy Presidents Day! I just love these banker holidays. I know after working in the retail/food service, there is no way I can go back to having no holidays off. I will have to say what a beautiful day it is here in Idaho. Although very very very cold, it is clear blue skies.

I am so excited to see the family today and to spend the next 2 days with them and hopefully if they end up in Utah for the end of the week, a little bit of time there also. I can't tell you how grateful I am to be able to take the time to see them and have a little family time. Plus the time off of work is very helpful too!

I am happy to report on Saturday, June 18th James proposed to me!! It was so cute and came as a surprise to me...Well not the fact that we were getting married and the engagement was coming, but that I was still under the impression that he didn't have ring. So I was genuinely surprised to have a ring on my finger today. I am sure all of you want to know how it happened so I will do my best to give a detailed Kelly version of the events surrounding the big moment! Days proceeding the big moment, James had told me my ring couldn't be set until Monday June 20. Of course I was like serious there is no one in this stated that can set it. Hiatus

Sorry all for the hiatus that I decided to take for the last month. Things have been going great with James. We also recently added a new addition to our relationship . His name is Milo and he is a black lab retriever mix and what can I say about Milo!!! Most of the time he is a great little barrel of joy, until he decides to pee on the carpet! So now I have 2 boys in my life and they bring me great joy. Hopefully soon I will have news to share, but just so you all know that things are moving along great and the summer has been amazing!
