First Ever (well on this blog)
Well, I am not sure what I have gotten myself into. I officially have 3 blogs that I am managing. I was having a hard time just managing the Kelly Is Amazing Blogspot. Hopefully I can do all 3. At least now 2 are updated and ready to go. The 3rd is for the business I am hoping to start online this year. I am still trying to decide how each blog will be formated. Part of me is thinking that I will stop the Kelly single life blog, but it seems so much a part of me. So maybe this will be the family blog. All about what is going on in James and I's life and the little things... While the Kelly one will just become more me and personal. Sort of like a journal. I can't decide. Its so hard to change! Like my telephone number.. I keep thinking I don't want to let everyone know a new number, so that is why my number has been the same since I was in high school. That is what I am feeling like with my blog.. I don't want to let everyone know this is the main family blog...Although how many people are actually reading my 1st blog..Hey my mom does!! Anyways...
The Young family has been keeping busy and opposite schedules. James continues to work his 2 to 10:30 (or later) Tuesday through Saturday shift while I am working my 8:30 to 5 Monday to Friday. We did have glimps of what it would be like to have James home on Saturday nights, but only for a moment. Actually out of the 5 weeks his Saturday shift changed to 11 to 7 we only had one night. But alas the schedule has changed back to the usual because he is just to good at his job.
On the brighter side, James has a few weddings he is shooting in the next 3 months, including my cousin Brittni's. He is also attending the wedding expo at South Town Expo center in April. Hopefully that brings in more weddings. Which we all know that is what he enjoys doing.
I myself have been doing the same old same old. I had my 2nd annual review at work. I know, I am sure many are shocked I made it 2 years at a job. For awhile there I was getting a new one a year. But what an interesting year. So much has happened and changed. New friends made, and old ones gone. I have also been trying to lose some weight. Although I don't believe I am heavy by any means, I do think I can lose a few lbs. The hard thing is how badly I have been craving sweets lately. Although my cravings for cheese and pickles have subsided. Now I am eating sweets and chesse quesdillas with Cafe Rio dressing.. mmmmm Love that Cafe Rio dressing.
Well, the time has come to turn in (I know I am getting old when I am going to bed at 10 pm on a Saturday night), but I shall make it a priority to keep everyone informed. Until then!
