Smitten

It is so weird to finally know how it is to be swept off my feet. I never thought that this would happen ever in my life, but it has. I finally know what it is like and realize that what Jillian said on the bachelor is true, "You have to slay a lot of dragons before you find your prince". I hope all woman out there can find their prince and not settle on the dragon. Life is so much easier and happier with a prince.

I am happy to report on Saturday, June 18th James proposed to me!! It was so cute and came as a surprise to me...Well not the fact that we were getting married and the engagement was coming, but that I was still under the impression that he didn't have ring. So I was genuinely surprised to have a ring on my finger today. I am sure all of you want to know how it happened so I will do my best to give a detailed Kelly version of the events surrounding the big moment! Days proceeding the big moment, James had told me my ring couldn't be set until Monday June 20. Of course I was like serious there is no one in this stated that can set it. Hiatus

Sorry all for the hiatus that I decided to take for the last month. Things have been going great with James. We also recently added a new addition to our relationship . His name is Milo and he is a black lab retriever mix and what can I say about Milo!!! Most of the time he is a great little barrel of joy, until he decides to pee on the carpet! So now I have 2 boys in my life and they bring me great joy. Hopefully soon I will have news to share, but just so you all know that things are moving along great and the summer has been amazing!
